How do I know if order online is secure?

At Leggings.LA protecting your information is a priority.


With regard to overall security, we always use industry standard encryption technologies when transferring and receiving data exchanged with our site. The facilities that house our servers are physically secured to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of all data and information collected.

Do you charge sales tax?

The calculation of sales tax is based on applicable state and local taxes.

What payment types do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, JCB, American Express, Discover and PayPal. No Cash on Delivery (COD) or alternate payment methods are available.

When is my credit card charged?

Your credit card will be authorized on the date your order is placed, but you will not be charged until the items ship. Depending on your banking institution, a pending authorization generally takes 2-3 business days to clear.

Was I charged twice?

You may have noticed a pending authorization post on your account. The pending authorization for the full amount of an order is a common bank practice to verify an account’s authenticity and to ensure it has sufficient funds. Your credit card will be charged the invoice total upon shipping.

An item I ordered last week is now on sale.  Can I be reimbursed?

Unfortunately, we do not offer price adjustments, so we cannot provide a partial refund for an item that goes on sale after you have purchased it.

How can I check my order status?

There are two ways to view the status of your order:

1. View the status of a single order by entering your tracking number on the tracking link we provided you.

2. Sign in to your account and review your complete order history. Don’t have an account? Sign up now.

Please contact us at support@leggings.la for the status of your order to include all international orders. Or click on Track Order from the menu, enter your order details and get your order location from our tracking system.

Why is my item on backorder?

Items that are not available for immediate shipment are placed on backorder and will ship at a later date. Please note that while your credit card will be authorized on the date that your order is placed, you will not be charged for a backordered item until it ships.

Please be aware that backorder dates are approximate and subject to change.

How can I ask a question about ordering?

Can Leggings.LA cancel my order?

Leggings.LA reserves the right to cancel any order and refund your order in full at any time.

What is the order processing timeline?

After we receive your order, we conduct Quality Control checks and testing in order to ensure the product's quality prior to shipment. The processing time varies depending on the specific product, with the average processing time being approximately 4 business days; however, it can also be affected by the item's stock status. If your order includes popular items experiencing stock availability issues, the order can take between 5-10 business days to process. How long does delivery take?

  • Shipping times will be affected during public holidays; manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations at these times. This is outside our control. Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday.
  • All estimated / typical delivery times are derived from real world data collected from past orders. They are approximate times for reference only.

  • There is a 1-5 day processing period prior to shipping. Your order should be delivered within 5-25 days following order confirmation. If you have any issues receiving the order feel free to email us at ???. 

How can I track my order?

While we do offer worldwide shipping, we only provide tracking for these countries: USA, AU, CA. After 5-7 days of shipment dispatch and email confirmation you may request a tracking number if needed for the selected countries.
